I got an overwhelming response via email from 3 & 7 series owners re: the tether strap anchoring bracket I devised. Since they stated that they couldn't find it through the search archives option on this board, I was asked to repost by a few digesters.

So, at the sake of being overbearing and redundant, here's the repost of the instructions...
