Two Subjects...1) I am perplexed by a subtle buzzing sort of vibration feeling that just showed up on Friday. Its the type of buzzing vibration you would feel holding a leaf blower. I feel it at speed and most noticeable in the clutch and gas pedal, somewhat in the shifter. It just doesn't feel normal - you know silky smooth like it usually is. I was trying to figure out things one by slowly reving the engine and I notice it has rough points(like a short miss) at around 1800, 2300, and maybe more RPMs. Any ideas?

Now part two, the big mistake-I let my brother-in-law drive the car when I went to pick up another at the shop. Never asked how long ago it was since he drove a clutch. Well I soon found out...I was following him out of the shop parking lot and noticed he was having a hard time but didn't know how bad it was until I saw smoke coming from under the center of the car followed by the smell of the clutch. (yeah, really stupid). Anyway seems he started out in third ( I suspect maybe fifth) and keep riding it until he got up to speed. Its been a full day and it still smells like crap. Don't notice it drives much different. What do you think?

Thanks for reading this long post!
