Its too bad the "Build your own 530i" does not accurately reflect the different types of configurations your car. Guess it was only meant to show interior/exterior colors. Its too bad they don't spend time covering some of the issues/problems/concerns raised by BMW owners (i.e., cellphone technology, shipping info, etc.)

I did find out that if you provide your VIN#, it will give chassis info on the car. Wouldn't it be nice if it showed shipping status like UPS does with its mail. Guess we should count our blessings that we have a great site like bimmer.org to keep us in the loop on current issues related to our cars. I don't know how you guys feel, but I find myself learning more about my car by coming to this site than going to my local dealership. I also find myself knowing more than the people that sale these cars for a living.
