A lot more than those sales can provide.. I guess that are just there to make a living.. so why do they care! I wish I can access my car info like the dealer does, this way I don't have to bug my sales, since he is no help at all, never give me a real status report. I mean that by he never give me a status report that he can print out when he check the status.. :(
