My .02 worth (archive)

Well, I have a 530 w/ premium package. I have standard seats w/lumbar. I have 2,900 miles on it now since 13 Oct. I absoloutely LOVE it. I prefer the prem package over the sports package because I wanted the slightly smoother ride. The sports package is not "harsh" but some what "stiffer" and several people have commented on it bottoming out on speed bumps etc as I know has happened with my friends 528/sports package. I have done 115+/- 5 mph in it so far and it drives like a champ! Certainly, I can not corner on on/off ramps as you can in the sports package but I can't do that much with my wife in the car anyway:). I also needed the heated steering wheel which was not available with the sports package. If you want to drive the end of the envelope often, get the sports package. The sports seats were to confining for me. I am 6' tall, with a 48-50" chest. I enjoy my prem package very much. I opted to put some of the money towards other options that I will use more often than the sports package etc.. shades, PDC, Xenons, in dash CD, heated steering wheel, fold down rear seats, and cold weather pckge.

With sport premium pkg? Are they sports, comfort or just the same as what comes in the premium pkg? I am still trying to make up my mind between the smooth premium pkg ride and the somewhat firmer but better handlink of the sport/premium pkg, any thoughts would be appreciated. Thanks.
