I think most of the aftermarket kits are designed to work with, not in place of, the factory trim. Still, you should be able to find a replacement aftermarket kit, as they are definitely out there as crash replacements, etc. The center console is not just a wood piece: you will have too replace the whole thing. I would keep my eyes peeled on ebay, as I have seen some offered there before.
