I'm not Fred or Jon, but am an Architect doing work for dealerships, including BMW. It takes a more than just money. You have to prove that you can handle the works. Very complicated and you need an experienced team. Another problem is finding a dealership for sale, negotiating the price AND getting approval from BMW NA

I´m wondering, what does it take to open a new BMW dealership? What kind of legal paper work and investment is necessary to open up a new dealer?

Thanks a bunch

SJ
