If you plan on getting a dark tint, they're nearly useless. I'm sure they still help SOME, but not much. I never use it when I'm driving, I still view it as blocking the view and to be used more when parking.

The cost to have the rear power sunshade would cost me less at the time of ordering that an "after the fact installation." I am not sure of the practical value of it, Is it another thing to break/cause electrical problems in the long run?

Has anyone found it useful? Useful while driving? How much does it block the sun? I'm assuming I would still need a rear sunshade to keep the car cool in the summer/protect the interior from fading....etc.

Any feedback would be appreciated - even if you dont have one, or have seen it on another car......
