Ahhhh... Got rear -ended! Help! JIMMY read 2 pls.. (archive)

Guys, a little help here.. while at a red light stoppep, a Honda Accord runs into my rear-end at around 25-30 MPH and sends my car into the intersection. I got all the info needed, just another problem though... My car was supposed to be turned in next week to the dealership to pick up my '01 M5... What should I do?? Claim through insurance?? Tell the dealer? Fix and settle outside of insurance?? I'm confused and suffering from minor whiplash.. a little help.. I post pics tomorrow... OT: JIMMY!! I'M SORRY!! I REALIZED I NEVER RETURNED THE BULBS!! I'M SORRY!! Please forgive me... I'll send it soon.. I promise.. do not be mad!! I dont want you to lose money because of me! You been nothing but helpful.. no hard feelings??
