New 540i owner...bad day (archive)

So check out this fun story..So for two weeks, I've been drooling over this 98 540i Sport at a local dealership, black with black, loaded...so after a week of negotiation and selling my soul, I buy the thing saturday...Saturday night driving my wife and friend, BOOM...hit a freaking pothole the size of kansas...both right tires get blown out... Its a freaking blizard here and me and my friend change the back right one, fill the leaking front right one, and now its sitting in my freinds driveway. I called the 'BMW Help Line', and they plan on getting it monday...

So a pretty crappy weekend...

Could the pothole damage the frame? The rims 'looked' okay...I have no idea what its going to cost me...
