530i OBC - What is "Test 7.4?" (archive)

Thanks to other board members, I decoded the 4-function OBC on my 530i.

Does anyone know what test 7.4 is? The 528's stopped at 7.3 (actual speed in kph). 7.4 appears to be taking a reading directly off the analog speedo, but I wonder if that suggests that the speedo can somehow be calibrated.
