Has anyone had either of these problems with their sport seats (my 530i is only 3 weeks old with 200 miles):

1. The driver seat moves/shifts during turns
2. The thigh support squeaks when depressed and released (like when I change from accelerator to brake)

My service advisor is stumped and has contacted "BMW Technical" - whoever they are!

I have had both problems with the 'non-sport' seats. Have had seat rail replaced twice (for creaking and forward/back motion). Now the seat back shifts side-to-side when going arount corners. Bringing it in again...
