Since we're on the topic of gas, has anyone heard of problems with using Mobil gas? I had a fuel pump fail on me (left me stranded), then one on my wifes car (Nissan Max). The Nissan dealership was kind enough to tell me that there is a class action lawsuit again Mobil due to an additive which attacks some fuel pumps. They said it was specific to Mobil Premium gas. I've stopped using Mobil now. But not before this new fuel pump developed a squeak when cold (noise goes away w/i a mile or two). Dealer tells me he cannot replace unless he can duplicate or it fails. Failure means I'm stuck someplace again. Any similar expieriences out there?
