Retrofit of seat heaters for 528 (archive)

Our '99 528ia has no seat heaters. I just got a beautiful '92 535i (perfect in just about every way) which does have them and now my wife wants seat heaters for the 528. Can the seats be retrofitted? And if so, what am I talking about for an installed price?
