enhanced bass be retro-fitted to any E39 and just plug into the regular system? Will the base audio system let this just bolt right up to it? Thanks-


The DSP system will be able to plug right now (just by extending some wiring from the harness thats on the left side of the original bandpath box)

NonDSP equipped cars will need to use aftermarket woofers and an Aftermarket amp. One GREAT amp for this setup would be a Alpine MRV-100M single channel amp ran 2 ohm mono into two Kicker F10c woofers, providing a healthy amount of clean 200 RMS watt (300w peak) to your woofers.

Any stereo shop can get that integrated into your existing 4V line outputs coming from your tuner. They should use the wiring diagram HERE to patch RCA connections off of.
