Baby seat tether.. any ideas? (archive)

I have a '97 528 and just bought a new baby seat. It comes with a tether strap and mounting hardware but I do not see how to mount it to this car. I spoke with my BMW dealer and they said that they can mount the BMW tether ancors ut it will take 3 hours of labor, plus parts, reqiures removing the rear seat. The seat moves around alot without the tether because of the contour of the rear seat. Has anyone come up with a solution?
