What is the main reason to buying a car in Canada if you intend to bring it into the U.S.? Is there any price/equipment advantage for you?

Does anyone have experience buying a BMW from a Canadian auto company.

They seem to know all the regulations regarding getting car back into the states legally but I wonder whether there may be warranty issues and any other quirky items that may come back to haunt me since the car was originally imported into Canada. Are there any differences between a Canadian car and a US one (aside from the instrument cluster that needs to be changed out).

Your input is appreciated.
