For starters, as everyone here knows. Anything can be done given enough money.

With that out of the way. In order to install the On-Board Monitor the vehicle must have teh Main wiring harness replaced. (About 2-3K) then you need the Head unit (2K), Nav unit (1K) and various other components. To do all this you must remove the entire interior of the car including seats, carpet, insulation, and dash.

I doubt if a dealer would even touch this job, so you would have to be an Extreme DIY to attenmpt this job.
