During my bitching and moaning on this board about Irvine BMW. I do recall that someone got ripped off on a the financing. They were quoted one number and was forced to pay more.
Here's my recommendations.
- See if you can purchase the car from a local dealer as a transfer from Irvine. Reason, if you have to get anything done on the M5, (ie scratches, dings from original shipment), you will have many problems with them completing their due bill. The problems I had with my car were minor, the car was mint. Small scratches and a crack in the passenger kick panel. I has been 8 months now and I'm still working on the crack!!!
- When you check out the car get at least 3 more pair of eyes to document every little thing that is wrong. Once again they will blame any defects on you.
Like I said all of my complaints are with service not sales. Every time I want to rip someones head off Roger(the sales manager), manages to calm me down and treat me like a valued customer. Unlike the service department.
