The Mark Levinson amp and the Proceed pre/pro - very nice stuff! NHT speakers are very nice as well. Your TV - a little small for your particular though (IMHO). If you have good light control in your room, get a CRT front projector for a superior picture (in every way). If light control is not that good, then get an XGA DLP front projector. The picture size and quality will blow you away as well as taking that bulky boxy TV out of the sound stage. It's a win-win situation!

I've got a Sony VPH-1271Q (CRT front projector) on a 120" 4:3 screen and Onkyo/Infinity Kappa audio equipment. Monster Cable Z and M-series cables and power conditioning to hook everything up. Watching any movie at home rivals the best theaters around here!
