I bought mine from Pacific BMW ($400 w/shhd). I put it in my suitcase and brought it to Germany. It took about 2 minutes to install in Munich, however, I have the NAV. But I hear that it is just as simple without the NAV.

p.s., get the NAV. Would'nt do Europe without it! Besides, I love it here in the States.
