hi there, you seem to be knowledgeble on wheels, please tell me if 265/35ZR18 Rears will rub on a 97 528 I non sport, i heard anything over 255 will rub.

I have no firsthand experience with this, so I can only guess. My "guess" is that you will need to install M5 rear fender liners and roll your fender lips. But you should ask the folks who have actually done this. I can only parrot what I've heard.

and also how much is shipping for an avg 17 inch wheel and tire package if doing it through ups ground.

This I know! It will depend on how far you ship it. You should expect to pay around $35 to go from Nevada to NJ and $15 to go from Delaware to NJ. Does this help? You need to know the weight and how many UPS zones you are crossing.

approx how much do bmw oem 17" weigh with the tires?

About 40 - 43 pounds

thanks in advance.

No problem. Glad to help.

Dave Z.
