I worked with a fellow named Jerry Barnes there. I am not sure if he is still there, as that was some time ago, but the dealership still gets my nod. The owner is very active: once I was on my way back to my car in the parking lot and he did not see me talk to a salesman, so he thought I had been ignored, so he personally came out to my car to check that I had had received the information I came for and that I was satisfied. The parts department also routinely discounted part I bought there (none of this full retail crap like here in San Diego). You can check them out online a http://www.crevierbmw.com/
