First of all how fast were you really going?Second I think your best bet is to fight. It's your word against his and if he wasn't using radar you've got him beat. The ma. cops are so busy rarely does the officer who issued you a ticket show up.Third if you go to court make sure you lie your ass off.We all know cops are the worlds biggest liars so give them some of their own medicine.I've beat the Mass. cops many times in court.
Was pulled over last night on the mass. pike for supposedly going 90 in a 65.
My V1 did not go off and when I asked the officer what he used to clock my speed he could not answer me and became very defensive about his techniques. What a joke. Then during the whole "Do you know how fast you were going?" spiel he was so unsure I was about to say 50 and just laugh at him. Then he proceeds to tell me it's a 55mph zone even though it was a 65.
What can I do about this? Anyone from Mass. with any advice on fighting a speeding ticket?
Thanks in advance for any helpful remarks.

Regards,

JD617

P.S. FYI if the officer REALLY used a radar tool to clock my speed he would have known for sure that I was exceeding 100mph. =) But please spare me the "You shouldn't be driving so fast" B.S.
