My company is involved in mobile internet and thus I get to play with all the new toys. I just tried the GSM phone plug-in for the Handspring Visor PDA. It worked a lot better than I thought, though the form factor is a bit strange. I may use it as a secondary phone after we test it a bit more. It's pretty expensive - $299 on top of the Visor unit.
