Hey Carl,

I believe that you get a little break when you do a driver's ed class but more importantly you get to obtain your license at 16.5 in mass. Without driver's ed you have to wait till your 17 or 18 (not sure). I use Arbella and am not very pleased with them. Their billing process is very bad and they have high charges. Everyone in mass has high charges. I have heard that they are pretty good with meeting any claims. Good luck.
