"hot set up" around here for solo's, etc. I have a friend who uses them on a Lotus and rates them as the best he has ever had. I sure wouldn't be afraid to give them a try.///roger
I'm getting close to replacing my OEM Dunlops on my 528iA w/SPP. I've been checking our Tire Rack and I'm intrigued by the Kumho's. I never heard of them before.. but they made mention in an issue of Roundel sometime last year alongside some yoko's and michelins. According to tirerack's "ratings" the ECSTA 712's? are grippy wet and dry, long lasting, comfy and quiet. I was just wondering if anyone here has ever tried them. I am looking for a good all around tire for comfort, but can handle some spirited driving like the Dunlops when needed.

Thanks
Pete
