It has a BMW part number which I don't know off hand but it is the solution. It is a product meant to treat rubber to keep it from freezing in the winter, but it works wonders in silincing the rubber seal squaks amd squeaks. Apply it by fingertip to ALL rubber to rubber and rubber to metal contact and the noises will be exsorcised!

Worked on my car perfectly then you need a "touch-up" application every 3-4 months.
