Problem with indicator---ADVICE (archive)

Last night when I was driving, I heard a loud bang.. It was really lous and I thought I had a flat. I could not see any damage so I kept on driving, since then when I give my left indicator it flashes really quick (blink blink) and the bulb does not even turn on...The right indicator is fine. I can't understand what could have happened since the left headlight assembly seems ok.

Any advice would be appreciated
