98 528i sport questions... help please. (archive)

Hi guys,
I finally found a car that is worth my affection. It's black/black, sport package (absolutely SWEET-ASS rims!, there, now you have my vote on rims) cold weather package, leather, thats it. No nav (I don't know how common it was in 98), no CD, no trip computer (more on that in a minute), no rear sunshades, no xenons. It is a lease turn in with just a tick over 30k miles.
A few questions I'm wondering:
1. Can I retro-fit the rear sunshade? ( even manual would be fine)
2. Where are the actual brains of the OBC? In other words, the car has the basic computer, MPG, DTE, MPH & temp. I want the full trip computer like is in my E34.
Can I simply trade out MID and purchase a new one with trip or are the brains elsewhere in the car?
3. And finally (I'm sure I'll think of more later), based on what you guys know, whats a fair price for this car? It is from an authorized BMW dealer and it will be certifed.
