Specs for stereo system. (archive)

'97 540: I need to understand some basic information about my stereo system. How many speakers are there. What are their sizes and what is the power of the amp? It's the non DSP system. Also, if I get the equivalent to the Bavarian Autosport subwoofer, where can I get the plug and play wiring harness? Any recommendations on replacement speakers?
