I looked at a 528i 98 5 sp a few weeks ago - and when I asked to look at the service records - it had been in for body work 3 times, all at the dealer - $1700, $900 and $700 all for broken front or tail lights. So, none too serious, but what kind of a driver was that! And this was a CPO car. It did have the 100K drivetrain warranty and remainder of factory warranty.
