Front Power Windows - CLUNK (archive)

Both of my front power windows make a noticeable clunk when reaching their max lowered position on my '97 540i/6. The rears do not make this noise and the front power windows on my 1990 525i don't make this sound either.

Also, I found the following TSB on a list of TSBs (no details were included):

510198 MAY 98 Lower Window Stop - Improved

Does anyone else have this problem? Does anyone know if this TSB addresses the stated problem?
