8 weeks ago, I purchased a CPO 98 528i w/ 14k miles, original Michelin Energy tires. Turns out one of my tires is losing air, the gas station guy said the tires looked slightly dry rotted. Looking closely at the tires there are small surface cracks between the treads. Should these tires have been replaced to pass the CPO ? What should I tell my dealer ?
