OBC Reset - 2001 540 (archive)

I was driving my 2001 540 today and all of a sudden while going around a corner, several of the functions on the OBC reset themselves - Time, Date, Consumption 1, Consumption 2, Stop Watch, etc.

I am concerned that there is something wrong (or loose connector) with the OBC to make it reset all these functions. Is there some known condition that could cause this reset?
