In the past no. But interestingly enough the carpoint.com configurator shows what sounds like the M5 aero kit as an option:

Sedan Aerodynamic Kit (Mfr Code #AER)
(Dealer Installed Option)
Front Spoiler
Rear Spoiler

There is also a "rear decklid soiler (Mfr Code #RDS)".
