First of all, they are completely ripping you off at $1000 bucks. I went through the same decision process and decided to go for it for 599.00 with the thought that the "protection" couldn't hurt. I will tell you that I have washed my car ALOT and it still beads up as if I waxed it the day before and I havn't waxed it once. I will probably use a good canuba wax anyway just to be safe. Oh, also be prepared for the "skank" smell of the leather and interior "protection", it was vile. - In summary, no way would I pay $1K for that service, and if they are trying to sell you undercoating - BMW's are already protected and have a fantastic body warranty for that occurance.
