FYI, just in case your friend is interested, I have a 2000 Titanium/Grey 528i 5-speed, Sport-Premium Package, Moonroof, Sports/Heated/Fold-down rear seats w/ski sack, 6-disk changer, tinted windows, going in the upper thirties. We can add xenons if that is a problem...the 97-98's did not have them anyway.
