And everytime he says it and i tell'im you won't, he still says I will. Then guess what happens. He doesn't call back.

Find another place to buy your stuff...there was a group bitch about this a week or so ago (I include myself in the complaint dept). I let Pacific know, via a call to parts mgr. and via on-line, that I was not happy with their service. Do the same and then move on to another place.
