I can only vouch for Demi Lemarquand - but my rep is GREAT!! Demi went above and beyond - to first find me the right car EVERYWHERE and when we were unsuccesful - to change the allocated car they had in near production at the last minute to my specifications. So far the service has been excellent. The only disparaging thing I can say about the dealership is the trade in value they offered on my old 318i was criminal.
