Louie at Pacific is freaking idiot, the whole parts crew suck... I don't know how those boneheads stay in business. Take your money elsewhere. Last week I bought some parts at Nick Alexander BMW, I was impressed, the parts guys are laid back and helpful esp. if they know if bimmer nut.
