My friends and I have had nothing but problems with this dealer. The sales department never returns cars and its tough to get a good price from them. This is why my friends and I have purchased cars from BMW Bayside and Foreign Motors West. Parts department is awful, slow, inexperienced and service department, well what service :) and every time I go there is a new service advisor so they have a high turnover, but I think all service departments have problems. NCMC does not offer BMW rental cars or use BMWS for the shuttle service. It’s to bad its the only one in the Hartford area.
