change 3"pip catback ext system make car faster??? (archive)

if i change 3 inch pipe after Y-pipe(downpipipe), 3 inch cat, and 3 inch muff. would i feel faster or...?? did anyone change yet?? how is it??? how $$$???

any tip to make car faster??? i have computer ,and super chg done.
