help...Pro Guard extended warranty (long) (archive)

ive contacted auto advantage for a quote on my 1998 528i and was given a quote of $2295 for a 12 year (from original in-service date)and 150,000 mile warranty, 0 deductible, refund for unused service,0% 1 year financing option, and transferrable with an exclusion warranty(see below)... anyone have experience with this company? any other suggestions?

POLICY EXCLUSIONS: "What is not covered"

The maintenance services and parts (described in your manufacturer's maintenance schedule for your vehicle), including, but not limited to engine tune up, PCV valve, wheel and suspension alignment, wheel balancing,
filters, lubricants, engine coolant, fluids, spark/glow plugs, brake pads, linings and shoes, belts, hoses, catalytic converter.

Glass, lenses, sealed beams, light bulbs, tires, hub caps, trim, moldings, clutch plate, pressure plate, throwout bearing. Bright metal, upholstery,
paint, exhaust system, brake rotors and drums, shock absorbers, batteries, antenna mast, carburetor and throttle body assembly (except the injectors),
and air bags.

Aftermarket components or accessories, such as, but not limited to, mag or special type wheels, sun roofs, sound systems, CB radio, alarms systems, cellular telephones, radio, CD player.

Rust damage, body or interior damage, etc.
