Hello,
I drove a 97 540 6 speed today and was extremely impressed with the car. I've been looking at the classifieds for 540 6 speeds and it's hard to find reasonably priced models with decent mileage that are 97+. Does anybody have any info or maybe an FAQ they can point me to about the differences between the E34 and E39 540's? I've seen a few 94's and 95's with low mileage and I'm starting to seriously consider them. Any opinions/advice?
