Can someone post visor replacement instructions? (archive)

Before I become "the visor guy" (like Jimmy), I would like to get some instructions on removal and replacement, to make sure that this won't be limited to hardcore enthusiasts.

I can legally buy $400 worth of visors in Germany without duties, more if I want to play that game. Then the question becomes how much can you sell an "unbranded" visor for. I would likely limit myself to the gray, unless some of the tan interior folks speak up.

Maybe real BMW enthusiasts don't do tan?
