BMW Sirius satellite radio upgrade (m) (archive)

I recently read about the agreement that BMW entered into with Sirius Satellite Radio and browsed the Sirius website (siriusradio.com). The digital satellite service that they plan on launching this year sounds like it has the potential to blow away FM radio. No commercials, audio fidelity equal to CD quality, coast to coast coverage, and just about every format one could hope for. This is a subscription service that they say will cost about $10 per month. Anyone know of any negatives with this service.
