I think the M3 has the slight edge seeing how it weighs A LOT less.

Assuming both cars are stock for stock.
and top speed being the governed 155mph

we are talking about a US m3 vs a US 540/6?
also who is more likely to win the 0-60? or is it more or less subjective/depending on the driver?
