Over the last 12 year, I have driven three different BMW's in Chicago with no front plate. I have been stop once for high speed driving, officer never showed up for court case, dismissed on charges. Never been stopped for front plate. Should we keep an eye on this ... you never know they might be "profiling us" ... those BMW drivers with no front plate ... bad bad bad boys!!
