I assume you are in downtown area..

Monthly parking is roughly $400 and, depending parking companies, you may be charged another $100-120 for "exotics" (Mercedes, BMW, Audi, Bentley, Ferrari, and similar..)
Although it is hard, you'd better to seek self parking lots. The attendants out here are notorious for abusing cars (and scratches)
Live in NJ.. Best bet for parking solution in NY metro area.

I have no idea about insurance. I am not registered in NY.
